Chief Executive Officer
Philip Pauer
Philip Pauer founded Insektianer GmbH in 2020, which later evolved into what is now REPLOID Group AG, where he has served as CEO since its inception. His areas of responsibility include sales (ReFarmUnits and products), finance, the fertilizer business, the pet food business, human resources, legal and compliance, marketing, communications (including investor relations), and international business development.
Prior to that, since 2005, Philip Pauer had been selfâemployed in the fields of financial services, insurance and business management. He founded several companies and was also active as a business angel. Before starting his own businesses, he served as a professional soldier and nonâcommissioned officer in the Austrian Armed Forces and later with the Austrian Federal Gendarmerie (police), where he worked, among other roles, as an instructor and tactical trainer for a special unit.
Philip Pauer holds a Master of Science in Management & Corporate Leadership and a Master of Business Administration in General Management, both from Danube University Krems.

Jonas Finck
Jonas Finck has served on the Executive Board of REPLOID Group AG since 2023, following the acquisition of madebymade GmbH (Pegau, Germany), which he co-founded in 2017. His areas of responsibility include engineering (including automation), project management, software engineering, data architecture, as well as supply chain management, production, logistics, performance management, input sourcing, and research and development.
Since 2017, as Managing Director of madebymade GmbH, he has developed the company into one of the technological pioneers in the field of insect biotechnology. By founding the company, he assumed entrepreneurial responsibility at an early stage and played a key role in advancing the industrial use of the black soldier fly.
Jonas Finck studied biology at the University of WĂŒrzburg and earned his doctorate from Humboldt University of Berlin. After completing his diploma degree in 2012, he worked as a research associate at Humboldt University of Berlin until 2017.
