Company History
REPLOID’s journey began with a visionary idea: to rethink the use of organic resources. In 2020, the company was founded under the name Insektianer GmbH, laying the foundation for a new form of circular economy.
The founders recognized the untapped potential of organic waste early on. With the introduction of insect rearing as a key technology, a regenerative cycle was created that transformed organic waste into valuable raw materials.
In 2023, the company was transformed into REPLOID Group AG, marking the beginning of its next growth phase. Another milestone followed on July 3, 2025, with the listing in the direct market plus segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
